Reconciled Accruals

The Reconciled Accruals tab is used only for reconciliation payments and replaces the Funds Allocation tab in this context. It displays the basic details of both sides involved in the reconciliation, including the amounts written off and credited.

  • Reconciliation payments cannot be edited through the Object Card.

  • Editing opens the Reconciliation Payment card instead (see the Create Reconciliation Payment article).

  • For this reason, the Reconciled Accruals tab is view-only and available only in the object card view in the main TOR interface.

The Reconciled Accruals tab content reflects the same information as in the reconciliation edit form.

Source and Destination Accrual Details

The tab consists of two horizontal sections:

    • Pre-selected for the Destination Accrual.

  • Counterparty: Counterparty information (read-only).

    • For Invoice type, populated automatically — ‘Issued By’ for incoming invoices or ‘Payer’ for outgoing invoices.

    • For Reward type — ‘Beneficiary’ for all rewards.

    • For Obligation type — ‘Creditor‘ for incoming obligations or ‘Debtor‘ for outgoing obligations.

  • Direction: Accrual direction (Incoming / Outgoing).
