Global Search
There is a Global Search feature that allows filtering of module folders from the Voyage Module, making it easier to sort and find specific entries.
The Global Search button is located in the top right corner of the toolbar in the TOR system. When clicked, a separate window opens where fields can be filled in, and search criteria can be set to filter the list. The values entered during a previous search are saved and displayed the next time the Global Search window is opened.
Below is the general view of the Global Search card for filtering the list of voyages.

For voyages, the available filter criteria include:
Vessel: A specific vessel (multi-select).
Port: The vessel is currently located in the specified port (single-select).
Position: The voyage status (Anchored / Berthed / Voyage).
State: The voyage state (Active / Planned / Completed / Unknown).
POA: Ports of Arrival (multi-select; based on the latest port call by date).
POD: Ports of Departure (multi-select; based on the earliest port call by date).
Freight: Voyages with issued freight invoices. This criteria has three possible states:
Empty value (Off) — no invoices;
Checkmark (On) — with invoices;
Filled cube (Undefined) — filter not applied, this criteria will not be considered during the search.
Charter: The voyage type (All, Charter IN, Charter OUT, Space Charter, Own).
Own â„–: The system voyage number (text match).
Charter â„–: The charter contract number (text match).
Voyage â„–: The custom voyage number (text match).
Date: A time range. If only the start date is specified, the ETA of the earliest port call must not be earlier than the start date (and not later than the end date, if specified). If only the end date is specified, the ETD of the latest port call must not be later than the end date.
Transition Date: The ETA for at least one port call is within the specified range.

Below is the general view of the Global Search card for filtering the list of daily reports.

For daily reports, the available filter criteria include:
Vessel: The vessel associated with the DR (multi-select).
Status: The type of daily report (e.g., Voyage, Arrival, Departure, Bunkering).
Port: The current port (multi-select; based on the
Portfield in the Position section of the DR card).Date: The date range for daily reports. The date and time are exclusive (e.g., if the start time is 0:00, a daily report at 0:00 will not be included, but a daily report at 0:01 will).
Categories: A universal category filter (multi-select).
Folder: Indicates whether the object belongs to a static folder.
The system provides a user-friendly and functional search and filtering feature for lists, as well as other useful tools. These capabilities are described in detail in the Search Feature article.
Dynamic Folders
The Create Dynamic Folder feature is available for setting up a dynamic folder that contains a list of required objects, such as voyages and/or daily reports.
To access this feature and create a dynamic folder:
Right-click on a module object (Personal, Voyages, or Daily Reports).
Select from the dropdown menu.
A separate window will open for creating the dynamic folder. In this window, enter the folder name and define the criteria for list sorting. The available criteria match the fields used in the Global Search feature (described above).

Differences when creating dynamic folders for different module objects:
A folder created in the Personal module object is visible only to its creator.
A folder created in Voyages or Daily Reports is visible to all system users if the required access rights are granted.
