Global Search

There is a Global Search feature that allows filtering of module folders from the Deals Module, making it easier to locate and manage specific entries.

The Global Search button is located in the top right corner of the toolbar in the TOR system. When clicked, a separate window opens where search criteria can be defined to filter the list. Previously entered values are saved and displayed the next time the Global Search window is opened.

Below is the general view of the Global Search card used for filtering the list of deals.

For deals, the available filter criteria include:

  • Deal Number: Text search by deal number.

  • Type: Deal type (single-select).

  • Status: Deal status (single-select).

  • Pay Status: Payment status of the deal (single-select).

  • Client: Select a company from the contacts directory (single-select).

  • Start Date: Deal start date (filter by date range).

  • End Date: Deal end date (filter by date range).

  • Responsible Operator: Select one or multiple operators (multi-select).

  • Category: Categories assigned to the deal (multi-select).

  • Folder: Indicates whether the object belongs to a static folder.

Below is the general view of the Global Search card used for filtering the list of commissions.

For commissions, the available filter criteria include:

  • Accrued Commission: Total accrued commission amount (filter by value range).

The system provides a user-friendly and functional search and filtering feature for lists, as well as other useful tools. These capabilities are described in detail in the Search Feature article.

Dynamic Folders

The Create Dynamic Folder feature allows setting up a dynamic folder containing a list of deals and/or commissions.

To access this feature and create a dynamic folder:

  1. Right-click on a module object (Personal, Deals, or Commissions).

  2. Select from the dropdown menu.

  3. A separate window will open for creating the dynamic folder. In this window, enter the folder name and define the criteria for list sorting. The available criteria match the fields used in the Global Search feature (described above).

Differences when creating dynamic folders for different module objects:

  • A folder created in the Personal module object is visible only to its creator.

  • A folder created in Deals or Commissions is visible to all system users if the required access rights are granted.
