Module Toolbar

In the M&R Module, the toolbar includes both standard actions (such as sending to a folder, adding to a user’s working folder, printing, managing categories, and removing from a folder) and a wide range of specialized actions. Some of these specialized actions are available only for specific types of module objects.

  • As in other modules, the toolbar can be customized. To do this, right-click the toolbar and select from the context menu.

The toolbar includes the following specialized actions:

Create a Port Container Expense

Create an Expense

Clone an Expense

Create an (Incoming) Invoice

Create a Service

Clone a Service

Cancel Expense: Changes expense status to Cancelled

(available in the M&R Expenses folder only)

Approve Expense: Changes status from Estimated/Survey to Approved

(available in the M&R Expenses folder only)

Survey Expense: Changes status from Estimated to Survey

(available in the M&R Expenses folder only)

Close Expense: Changes status from Invoiced to Closed

(available in the M&R Expenses folder only)

Pay Invoice: Changes invoice status to Paid

(available in the Invoices folder only)

Unpay Invoice: Returns invoice status to Unpaid

(available in the Invoices folder only)
