Module Objects

M&R Expense: A record representing an individual expense or service line item in an invoice. May include a group of related jobs.
Job: A single maintenance or repair operation for a specific container (e.g., part replacement, electrical wiring repair, cleaning, or freon refill). Includes details on the location, type of job performed, and cost. Jobs are always created within the context of an expense.
Invoice: A formal document listing provided services and reflecting the resulting financial obligation between two parties. Generated based on expenses.
Service: Similar to an expense but intended for inclusion in outgoing invoices. Unlike expenses, services are not linked to specific jobs.
Port Container Expense: A cost item related to container handling and services at the port.
