v26.9
Employee Management Module
The new Employee Management Module has been introduced to manage company employees and their remuneration within a single system. The module currently contains two main objects:
Employee;
Remuneration.

Remuneration covers salaries, bonuses, compensations, taxes, insurance contributions, and shareholder dividends. For shareholders, a dedicated Shareholder employee type and a Dividends remuneration type are provided, which allows shareholder income to be separated from regular payroll and kept confidential.
The module is integrated with the Accounting and Deals Modules. It collects data on Deals and Deal Result Bonuses and on Payments, and displays commissions in the Employee card. As a result, for each employee it is possible to see how much has been accrued, how much has been paid, and what the current outstanding balance is.
To speed up daily work, the following options are available:
Cloning of remuneration records;
Creating a remuneration record based on a payment;
Loading remuneration data from external systems using parsers, without manual input.
Each remuneration record is broken down into Payroll Expenses, which are the individual cost records that make up the final amount. They show what the total consists of: salary, taxes, contributions, and other components for each employee.

The module continues to evolve. Work is currently underway on Contracts, which will serve as the basis for accruals and forecasted payments. For crewing, crew documents and template-based document generation are being added. Full crewing document management, with expiration date control and expiry notifications, is planned for future releases.
Accounting Module
1. Invoice Series for Prepayment Chains
A new mechanism has been introduced for grouping invoices into a numbered series, primarily for prepayment chains where each invoice is linked to the preceding one. Series options are available on the Miscellaneous tab of the Invoice card.

Each invoice can be set to one of the following modes: Not in Series, First in Series, Continuation, or Final in Series. Continuation invoices share the month number of the first invoice and receive the next series index, while the Final in Series mode hides the series index in the invoice number and prevents further invoices from being added.
The Prepayment checkbox is now set automatically based on the selected mode (enabled for First in Series and Continuation, disabled for other modes), but can still be changed manually.
When a prepayment is linked to the final invoice, the remaining balance of the prepayment is cleared automatically.
2. Explicit and Implicit Bank Charges
The system now supports both explicit and implicit bank charges.
An implicit bank charge is a charge that is specified directly within a payment using a dedicated field, instead of being recorded as a separate payment. The payment linking logic and the bank charge parser have been updated accordingly, so that both types of charges are handled consistently.

3. Multiple Claims per Invoice
The relationship between Claim Invoices and the source documents has been reworked. Previously, an invoice or accrual could be used in a Claim Invoice only once. Now several Claim Invoices can be issued for the same invoice or accrual, for example, when a client submits more than one claim over time.
The Invoice card has been adapted to this change:
The
Reclaimed Inindicator in the card header now displays all Claim Invoices linked to the invoice;The
button opens the linked Claim Invoice directly, and if several Claim Invoices are available, a selection dialog is displayed.

Cargo Module
1. Commission Calculation Mode for Freight Invoices
A new commission calculation mode has been added to the Freight Invoice card for invoices that use Freight Less (Discount).
The following options are available:
Before Freight Less — Commission is calculated from the original freight amount;
After Freight Less — Commission is calculated from the amount already reduced by Freight Less.
The After Freight Less mode is useful when a commission needs to be split between several invoices, with only the proportional share for the current invoice being calculated.

2. Cargo Customization for Price Details
In a Freight Invoice, the cargo specified at the invoice level is automatically applied to all of its price details. It is now possible to assign a different cargo to an individual price detail when required.
This is controlled by a new customization flag in the price detail. When the flag is enabled, the price detail uses only its own cargo value and no longer inherits it from the invoice, even if the field is left empty.
When the flag is disabled, the Cargo field is read-only and always follows the cargo of the invoice.
When a price detail is edited directly in the table, the flag is enabled automatically.

3. Cargo Pack Expense Description Setting
A new setting has been added to the admin panel for the descriptions of Cargo Pack Expenses in Freight Invoices.
The description can be populated automatically with either the pack type or the cargo. The resulting descriptions are displayed in the Expense list of the Accounting Module.
4. Loaded and Shipped on Board Option in Bill of Lading
A new Loaded and Shipped on Board checkbox has been added to the Bill of Lading form in the Web Portal. The option is disabled by default and is preserved when a bill of lading is cloned.
When enabled, the following phrase is added to the end of the cargo description, on a new line:
LOADED AND SHIPPED ON BOARD {Shipped on board date}
For more information about web-based bill of lading submission, see the Web Portal for Shippers and Clients section introduced in the v26.2 release notes.
Voyage Module
1. Highlighting Changes in Correction Daily Reports
When a corrected Daily Report is created via the Web Portal, its text is now compared with the original report. All changed values are highlighted in yellow in the body of the Correction Daily Report email, which makes it easy to see exactly what has been corrected.

Module Object Permissions
A new Module Object Permissions system allows fine-tuning access control for different object types, with optional separation of rights by object-company associations. Permissions for base actions (list, view, create, edit, delete, and changing classic per-object access rights) can be configured system-wide, per company, or per user.

Monitoring Service
A new Monitoring Service has been added for system administrators. It is an isolated service that provides a Web API for querying the state and statistics of the TOR system, such as controller status, line usage, and the number of active users.
The service is designed to be used with external monitoring systems, such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and others, and helps to detect potential issues in real time.

Other Improvements
Currency Rate List Import from Excel. An
option has been added to the Currency Rate List in the General Module Settings. Users can add currency rates for the selected source from a file and, optionally, overwrite existing values.Action Log Export. The Action Log can now be exported to Excel.
Bulk Email Export Utility. A new utility allows administrators to export large numbers of emails in
.emlformat.Email Archive Import Utility. A new utility has been added for importing email archives. It transfers email messages together with their metadata, attachments, categories, folders, and references, making it possible to migrate large email archives to TOR programmatically.
