Deals Module

The Deals Module is designed to manage and monitor business deals, primarily in the maritime shipping domain. It supports tracking operational activities, associated revenues and expenses, and related documents, as well as calculating the financial result of each deal and applying commission accruals.

The module is closely integrated with other system components and consolidates financial and operational data within a single deal structure. Its core functionality operates in conjunction with the following modules:

• Accounting Module: Maintains payments, tracks all accruals, and provides financial reporting across deals.

• Voyage Module: Organizes deal-related activities by voyage, ensuring structured operational tracking.

• Ships Module: Supplies vessel and port information used within deals.

• Port Agent Module: Handles disbursement accounts associated with deals.

• Cargo Module: Manages freight invoices linked to deals.
