Module Toolbar

In the Containers Module, the toolbar includes both standard actions (such as sending to a folder, adding to a user’s working folder, printing, managing categories, and removing from a folder) and a wide range of specialized actions. Some of these specialized actions are available only for specific types of module objects.

• As in other modules, the toolbar can be customized. To do this, right-click the toolbar and select

  Customize

  from the context menu.

The toolbar includes the following specialized actions:

	Create a Container
	Clone a Container (creates a copy of the selected container)
	Create a Lease Agreement
	Create a Spare Part
	Create a Container Event
	Change Status (available only when inside the Containers folder)
	Show Map: Opens a map showing the location of containers
	Complete: Finalizes the selected lease agreement (available in the Lease Agreements folder only)
	Prolong: Extends the selected lease agreement (available in the Lease Agreements folder only)

Additional actions are available in the More Actions submenu:

• Import Containers: Imports new containers or updates existing ones using a CSV file.

• Compare Containers: Opens a comparison window for the selected containers.

• Export to Excel: Exports table data (list object data) from modules or dynamic folders to XLS format.

• Rollback Event: Reverts the latest event for involved containers.

• Spare Parts Kit Manager: Manages standardized spare parts kits.

• Find Similar: Searches for containers with similar numbers.

• Add Remarks: Appends a text note to selected objects.

• Check BL Units: Verifies the container status in the bills of lading for a specific voyage.

• Remark Container — Renames one or more containers and creates a corresponding event to log the change:

  • Remark from File: Batch rename from file.

  • Remark Selected: Renames selected container.

• Export Last BL: Exports the most recent bill of lading data for selected containers.

• Event Administration — Provides advanced tools for managing events:

  • Undo Event: Fully removes the selected event.

  • Remove Container from Event: Removes selected containers from the event without deleting the entire event.
