Module Objects

The Accounting Module includes the following module objects:

  • Invoice: A formal document listing sold goods or expenses, reflecting a financial obligation between two parties.

  • Expense: An individual billed item within an invoice. Created and maintained only as part of the invoice structure.

  • Reward: An informal intention to make a personal payment to an individual or counterparty.

  • Obligation: Other types of payment commitments between two parties, supported by relevant documents.

  • Payment: A financial transaction, such as a bank transfer, cash payment, or reconciliation payment between parties.

  • Bank Account: A bank account used for payments. Its balance is calculated based on related transactions.
