Spare Parts Kit Manager
The Spare Parts Kit Manager is used to define standardized spare parts kits in the system. These templates can later be used to create individual spare parts sets based on predefined configurations. This action is available from the More Actions submenu.
Managing Standard Kits
Activating the Spare Parts Kit Manager opens a window with a list of all existing kits, manageable via the standard , , and buttons.

Kit Form Structure
When adding or editing a kit, a detailed form opens. It includes general kit properties and the list of included items.
Header Fields
The following fields are available at the top of the form:
Name: Kit name (editable field).
â„–: Internal kit number.
Producer: Kit manufacturer (selected from a predefined list).
Tabs
Three tabs are available in the lower part of the form:
Items— List of spare parts included in the kit.Remarks— Notes related to the kit.Documents— Linked documents.

Managing Individual Kit Items
The Items tab contains a table listing all parts that are included in the kit by default. The list can be modified using the , , and buttons.
Each row represents a part, with the following fields:
Name: Part name.
â„–: Part number (usually a custom or order-specific number).
Unit Type: Type of part (selected from a predefined category).
Quantity: Default quantity of this part in the kit.
Priority: Indicates how critical the part is to the kit configuration.
Description: Any additional information or comments about the part.
