Object Card
When a voyage is opened for creation or editing, its Voyage Card opens in a separate window. This same card is also used to view a selected voyage from the list in the main TOR interface.

Header Fields Overview
The header of the card contains key voyage details, including the following fields:
Vessel: Vessel assigned to the voyage (a module object from the Ships Module).
Voyage State: Indicates the current stage of the voyage. The state is displayed as a status button next to the
Vesselfield. Possible values:Planned — Voyage is in the planning stage;
Active — Voyage is currently in progress;
Completed — Voyage has been completed, and vessel has arrived at its final destination.
Status: General operational status of the vessel during the voyage. Possible values:
None — Status not specified;
Anchored — Vessel is stopped at sea or in a roadstead;
Berthed — Vessel is moored at a port;
Voyage — Vessel is sailing.
Port: Port where the vessel is currently located. This field is available only when the
Statusis set to Anchored or Berthed.Charter Type: Type of charter agreement associated with the voyage. Possible values:
Charter IN — Vessel is leased from another party;
Charter OUT — Vessel is leased to another operator;
Own — Voyage is operated using an owned vessel;
Space Charter — Leasing of space on a vessel for a defined period.
Own â„–: Internal voyage number automatically generated by the system (read-only).
Charter â„–: Charter contract number associated with the voyage (read-only).
Voyage â„–: Voyage number assigned manually.
Cargo: Cargo transported during the voyage. Used when a single cargo type applies.
Company: Company associated with the voyage. Selected manually from the company library or created as a new entry.
Ownership: Ownership type associated with the voyage. Selected from the ownership library or created as a new entry.
The primary voyage identification fields are Vessel, Own â„–, and Charter Type.
