List of Objects

The List of Objects displays all voyages recorded in the system. Most columns correspond directly to fields from the Object Card.

Column Descriptions

  • Vessel: If the Cargo Module is enabled, the column will be highlighted in green when bills of lading exist for the voyage, and freight invoices have been issued for all of them.

  • Schedule: Shows ports included in the voyage with port call types in parentheses (e.g., L — Loading, D — Discharge). A full list of port call types is available in the Port Calls article.

  • Voyage â„–: The field is highlighted in red if a custom voyage number has not been assigned. Absence of a number may cause some reports to display the Own Number or no voyage designation.

  • POD ETA/ETD (Port of Departure): Displays the ETA/ETD for the first port in the voyage.

  • POA ETA/ETD (Port of Arrival): Displays the ETA/ETD for the last port in the voyage.

  • Voy Start/End: Date from the daily report marked as Voyage Start. Remains blank if no such daily report is found.

  • Week Start/End: Automatically calculated from Voy Start/End dates. Format: week number/year (e.g., 33/2024).

Schedule Field Formatting

The Schedule field also has special text formatting rules:

  • If the Port Agent Module is active, ports are underlined when no disbursement accounts are set up.

  • For voyages in Voyage status, ports currently being transited are displayed in bold lime green (based on the latest daily report).

  • For voyages in Anchored or Berthed status, the current port of location is displayed in bold orange (as shown in the Port field of the Voyage card header).
