Bank Charges

The Bank Charges tab shows how payments are related to bank fees. It works in two ways, depending on the purpose of the current payment:

1. Shows bank charges linked to the current payment — For regular payments;

2. Allows selecting a related payment — For payments marked as ‘Bank Charges’.

Tab Behavior by Payment Purpose

• If the payment purpose is ‘Bank Charges’:
  A dropdown list appears to select the related payment this bank charge applies to.

  

• For all other payment purposes:
  A list is shown with all linked bank charge payments. These are payments where:

  • Purpose is set to Bank Charges.

  • Bank Charge For field points to the current payment.
