Clone Income/Outcome
The Clone Income/Outcome action allows creating a new estimate based on an existing one. The action is available from the context menu in the Income and Outcome lists.
Cloning Options
The cloning form allows selecting the voyage where the new estimate will be created and choosing the cloning mode.
The form includes the Voyage field:
By default, it is set to the voyage where the cloning action was initiated.
Only voyages included in the current deal can be selected.

The Clone mode creates a new estimate based on the selected one.
If the original estimate does not have a linked invoice:
A copy of the estimate is created.
The new record receives a new ID.
The following fields can be modified: Estimated Amount, Currency, Comment, Voyage.
No invoice is created.
This mode is used when a similar estimate needs to be created without duplicating accounting data.
If the original estimate has a linked invoice:
A copy of the estimate is created.
A new invoice is generated based on the original one.
The following fields can be modified: Invoice Data, Estimated Amount, Currency, Comment.
The new invoice is not linked to the original invoice.
This mode is used when a similar estimate is required together with a new independent invoice.
The Re-Issue option is available only if the estimate has a linked invoice.
When this mode is selected:
A copy of the estimate is created.
A new invoice is generated based on the original invoice.
The new invoice receives a reference to the original through the
Id Re-Issuedfield. This field is visible in the main invoices list in the Accounting Module.
Additional Behavior for Hire Invoices
If the invoice type is Hire, additional actions are performed:
The original expenses are marked as Re-Issued.
A Prepayment entry is created if applicable.
The Re-Issue mode is used when an invoice must be officially reissued while preserving its relationship with the original document (for instance, to correct errors or adjust invoice terms).
