Cargo

The Cargo tab contains information about the cargo related to the deal.

This tab is available only for the following deal types: Goods S&P and Forwarding.

If a deal includes voyages (i.e., deal types other than Forwarding and Goods S&P), cargo information is not entered in this tab. Instead, it is specified directly within the corresponding voyages.

Cargo Information

The tab includes the following fields:

  • Own Company: The company representing the internal organization within the deal (selected from the ‘Own Companies’ list configured in the admin panel).

  • Supplier: Supplier of the cargo (selected from the company directory).

  • Destination Country: Country where the cargo is delivered.

  • Cargo: Type of cargo (selected from the cargo library).

  • Measurement: Unit of measurement used for the cargo quantity. Possible values:

    • MT — Metric tons;

    • Units — Number of items.

  • Quantity: Cargo amount expressed in the selected measurement units.

  • Sale Payment Term: Payment terms for the cargo sale.
