Shareholders

The Shareholders tab allows distributing the final Deal Result among shareholders.

The tab is available only when the ‘Allow access to commissions & shareholders’ permission is enabled in the admin panel. This is the same setting that controls access to Commissions tab.

Shareholder Distribution

Shareholders can be added, removed, or edited within the deal. Each shareholder represents one of the companies participating in the distribution of the deal result.

The tab includes the following fields:

  • Shareholders: Company participating in the deal result distribution.

  • Deal Result Share, %: Percentage of the Deal Result assigned to the shareholder.

  • Total: Monetary value corresponding to the shareholder’s percentage of the Deal Result.

The share is distributed automatically and depends on the number of shareholders added to the deal.
All shareholders receive equal shares. For example, if three shareholders are added, each receives 33.33%.

Restrictions and Notes

  1. The same shareholder cannot be added to the deal more than once.

  2. The information in this tab is for reference only and does not participate in deal economic calculations or commission calculations.
