Manifest

The Manifest is a comprehensive cargo document that provides full shipment visibility. It includes all data available in the Declaration, supplemented with shipper and consignee addresses, container numbers, and seal information. The document may be structured by bills of lading or by container units and is used for terminal operations and customs control.

Manifest Report: Preview

After selecting the required bills of lading in the document generation window and confirming the action, the Manifest preview form is displayed. The document consists of a header section and a table containing bill of lading and cargo data.

Header Information

The header includes the following fields:

  • Vessel: Vessel assigned to the selected voyage.

  • Port of Loading: Loading port defined for the voyage.

  • Port of Discharging: Discharge port defined for the voyage.

Manifest Table Structure

The table contains the following columns:

  • BL: Bill of lading number.

  • Shipper: Shipper name and full address from the bill of lading.

  • Consignee: Consignee name and full address from the bill of lading.

  • Kind of Cargo: Cargo descriptions from the Cargo tab of the related bills of lading, separated by commas.
    Display rules:

    • If  Add Seal to Container is enabled during document generation, the container number is followed by its seal number in parentheses;

    • If Import is selected as the document type, containerized cargo is prefixed with LOADED INTO 40'RH, indicating placement in a 40-foot reefer high-cube container.

  • Packages: Number of packages.

  • Pallets: Number of pallets.

  • Gross Weight, kgs: Cargo gross weight.
