Export to Excel

The Export to Excel action enables exporting tables containing list object data from lists within modules, including dynamic folders.

Steps to Export Data

  1. In the left-hand menu, select the relevant module folder.

  2. In the selected folder, choose one or more objects from the list.

  3. Open the context menu in the toolbar by clicking the More Actions button (usually represented by three dots ).

  4. Select the Export to Excel option.

  5. A file explorer window will appear to specify the export destination. After the path is selected, the system will prompt to open the generated Excel file.

The exported Excel file reflects the current state of the object list at the time of export, including the visible columns, their widths, and the applied sorting order.

Exporting Bills of Lading to Excel

A specific export mechanism is applied when exporting bills of lading to Excel:

  • When multiple bills of lading are selected and the button is clicked, a single Excel file is generated.

  • Each bill of lading is exported to a separate worksheet within the file.

  • The name of each worksheet corresponds to the B/L number.

  • The layout and content of each worksheet replicate the format presented in the Preview tab of the Bill of Lading card.
