Bill of Lading Printing

The Print Bill of Lading action provides a preview of bills of lading in their printable format before final printing. The preview preserves the standard B/L layout and allows verification of document structure, formatting, and field values, as well as adjustment of print-related settings.

Process Overview

1. One or more bills of lading are selected from the list of objects.

2. The

   Print

   action is triggered from the top toolbar or via the

   Ctrl + P
   shortcut.

3. The system generates a print preview based on the selection:

   • For a single bill of lading, a preview of the individual printable document is opened.

   • For multiple bills of lading, a combined multi-page preview is generated, with each B/L rendered on a separate page.

After the

Print

action is initiated, a preview window opens displaying the bill of lading in its final printable form.

Available Preview Tools

The preview window includes standard document review and export functionality:

• Document navigation controls: Page scrolling, zoom in/out, and text search.

• Display options: Page background adjustment to improve on-screen readability.

• Export options: Saving the document as a PDF file or exporting pages as image files (IMG format).

• Direct printing: Sending the document to a printer directly from the preview window.
