Container Manifest
The Container Manifest is an operational document focused on container-level cargo representation. It provides detailed mapping between containers and cargo, including container numbers with seals, shipper and consignee data, and cargo specifications. The document is used for terminal handling and customs inspection.
Container Manifest Report: Preview
After selecting the required bills of lading and confirming the generation, the Container Manifest preview form is displayed. The document consists of a header section and a detailed container-oriented data table.
Header Information
The header includes the following fields:
Vessel: Vessel assigned to the selected voyage.
Port of Loading: Loading port of the voyage.
Port of Discharging: Discharge port of the voyage.
This field is currently not populated.
Container Manifest Table Structure
The table contains the following columns:
BL: Bill of lading number.
Transport Container (TC) Number: Container identification code.
Shipper: Shipper name and address from the bill of lading.
Consignee: Consignee name and address from the bill of lading.
Kind of Cargo: Cargo descriptions from the Cargo tab, displayed sequentially.
Packages: Number of packages per cargo item.
Pallets: Number of pallets per cargo item.
This field is currently not populated.
Gross Weight, kgs: Gross weight per cargo item.
Seal: Container seal number.
Temperature (T°C): Refrigerated container temperature.
Currently preset to +13.3 °C as default value.
