How to Create an Invoice

The following methods are available for creating Invoices:

  1. Automatically through the Merge Invoices action, used to create master invoices by combining multiple invoices;

  2. Manually via the Clone an Invoice feature;

  3. Manually within the system using the Create an Invoice button on the toolbar (a file icon with a dollar sign);

  4. Manually via the context menu by right-clicking any invoice entry in the list;

  5. Manually within the system through the Module static actions panel, accessible by clicking the button in the top-right corner of the main TOR interface.

Invoice Creation Parameters

When creating an invoice, a window opens for selecting its initial parameters:

  • Invoice Type: Refer to the list of invoice types in the Invoices article.

  • Invoice Direction: Either incoming or outgoing.

After the invoice is created, its type and direction cannot be changed.
