Bunkering

The Bunkering tab contains two subtabs displayed on the left side of the tab:

  • Preview — Displays a generated preview of the bunkering report for the voyage.

  • Details — Displays bunkering data for the current voyage based on information from daily reports, including remaining quantities and fuel consumption.

The bunkering report is generated using data presented in the Details subtab and can be reviewed in the Preview subtab.

Verify Bunkering Action

An additional action, , is available in the upper-right corner of the voyage card.

This action freezes all Daily Report data for the vessel within the current voyage and all preceding voyages by making the corresponding fields read-only. The purpose of this action is to preserve data consistency used for bunkering calculations and reporting.

  • The action is available only to users with the required access permissions.

Details Subtab Structure

The Details subtab is divided into three sections:

  • Current Data;

  • Starting Balance;

  • Daily Details.

Current Data

The Current Data section summarizes fuel consumption for each fuel type and includes the following fields:

  • Starting Balance, MT: Initial fuel balance (ROB value from the first daily report of the voyage).

  • Total Consumed, MT: Total fuel consumption during the voyage.

  • Closing Balance, MT: Final fuel balance (ROB value from the last daily report of the voyage).

  • Consumption, USD: Fuel consumption expressed in monetary value.

NB!

For bunkering calculations, the first daily report of the voyage is marked with the Voyage Start checkbox.

The last daily report of the voyage is defined as either:

  • the daily report preceding the next Voyage Start for the same vessel, or

  • the most recent daily report for the vessel, in the case of an ongoing voyage.

Starting Balance

The Starting Balance section displays detailed fuel balances from the first daily report of the voyage. This information corresponds to the ROB Details block of the Daily Report card and includes the total value of fuel on board at the start of the voyage.

Daily Details

The Daily Details section displays fuel data for each daily report within the voyage, including:

  • Remaining ROB (Rest On Board);

  • Fuel consumption;

  • Total fuel value.
