Object Card

When a daily report is opened for creation or editing, its Daily Report Card opens in a separate window. This same card is also used to view a selected daily report from the list in the main TOR interface.

Header Fields Overview

The header of the card contains key DR details, including the following fields:

ROB Details Section

All daily reports include the ROB Details section, providing a detailed Rest On Board (ROB) of the vessel’s fuel reserves, separated by bunkering operations.

  • The section header displays total quantity for each fuel type.

    • If the data matches the ROB & Consumption section for the corresponding fuel, the total is shown in green.

    • Discrepancies are displayed in red.

    • For some report types (e.g., Bunkering), validation is not performed; totals are displayed in black.

Actions available in the ROB Details header:

  1. Recalculate ROB Details — Recalculates the entire section based on the difference between the current and previous reports. A confirmation window appears before execution.

  2. Add New ROB Detail — Manually adds a new fuel reserve entry.

Fields in the ROB Details section:

  • Fuel Type: Type of fuel in the reserve.

  • Quantity, MT: Amount of fuel in the reserve.

  • Price: Price of the reserve (read-only).

  • Total: Total cost of the fuel reserve.

  • Bunkering Source: Source of the fuel.

  • #: Number of additional bunkering operation (only for NoD/NoR sources); ‘Main’ indicates the primary part of the bunkering.

A trash bin icon represents the button for deleting a specific reserve.
