List of Objects

The List of Objects displays all daily reports recorded in the system. Most columns in the list directly reflect the fields from the Object Card.

Several system rules affect how data is displayed in the list:

• Bunkering Daily Reports are highlighted in green. For these reports, most standard fields are not shown.

  • The quantities of refueled fuel are displayed in the corresponding DR Type columns and are highlighted in red if no invoice is linked to the relevant fuel type. This rule applies only when the Accounting Module is enabled.

• Consumed fields are highlighted in red when their values do not match the calculated difference between the Rest On Board (ROB) values of the current and previous daily reports.

• The Date field is highlighted in yellow when the daily report is the latest one for the vessel and more than two days have passed since its date.

  • This indicates that no newer daily reports have been received for the vessel.
