Map

The Map tab displays the vessel’s location on a world map based on coordinates provided in the current daily report.

• The coordinates are taken from the Noon Position N and Noon Position W fields in the Position section of the Details tab.

• If the current daily report does not contain position data, the system uses the coordinates from the previous report.

Route View Mode

The map supports a route view mode that visualizes the vessel’s movement over time. The route is built using coordinates from the vessel’s daily reports, starting from the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) of the first port call and ending at the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the last port call.

General voyage information is displayed in the top-right corner of the map.

In route view mode:

• Blue dots represent individual daily reports with recorded positions.

• Each dot corresponds to the vessel’s position at the time of the report.

• Hovering over a dot displays a tooltip containing:

  • Report date and time;

  • Vessel name;

  • Recorded coordinates.
