Bills of Lading

The Bills of Lading tab displays all bills of lading associated with the current voyage. Only records where the current voyage is specified as the related voyage parameter are included.

Available Action

In the upper-right corner of the tab, the following action is available:

• Export to Excel — Exports the list of bills of lading to an Excel file.

• Create Simple Bill of Lading — Creates a simplified B/L record without requiring full bill of lading details.

  • Intended for cases where only the presence of a bill of lading is required.

  • The created bill of lading is automatically linked to the current voyage.

  • The functionality is equivalent to the Create Simple BoL action available in the Freight Invoice card.
