Bunkering Report

The Bunkering Report provides a summarized overview of the vessel’s fuel status over the course of a voyage. It is a system-generated document that can be created and exported using the standard functionality.

The report consolidates information on fuel balances, bunkering operations, and fuel consumption, presenting the data in a structured, printable format.

Report Structure

The bunkering report consists of three vertically arranged sections:

  1. Header

    Contains general voyage information:

    • Vessel name;

    • System and custom voyage numbers;

    • Voyage period (start and end dates).

  2. Main Fuel Data Section

    Reflects fuel balances, additions, and consumption during the voyage.
    This section is divided into four logical blocks, each showing the event date, fuel type, quantity (mts), price (USD), and total cost:

    • Fuel at the voyage start;

    • Bunkering during the voyage;

    • Fuel consumption during the voyage;

    • Fuel at the voyage end.

  3. Additional Information

    Includes supplementary voyage-level fuel metrics:

    • Other bunkering-related expenses;

    • Total voyage duration;

    • Average fuel consumption (both quantity- and cost-based).

Viewing the Bunkering Report

The bunkering report is available on the Voyage Card, under the Bunkering tab, within the Preview subtab. Additional details about the Preview section are described in the Bunkering tab article.

When displayed in Preview mode, the Total values for quantity and cost at the end of the voyage are visually validated.

If the following condition is met for total quantities and costs: A+B−C=DA + B - C = D

where:

A

Fuel at the voyage start

B

Bunkering during the voyage

C

Fuel consumption during the voyage

D

Fuel at the voyage end

the total values are highlighted in green.

If the condition is not met, the totals are highlighted in red, indicating an inconsistency in the remaining fuel data.
