Bunkering & Consumption Report

The Bunkering & Consumption Report provides data comparable to the Bunkering Report, while consolidating information across multiple voyages into a single document. The report is accessed from the More Actions submenu as .

The report is designed to summarize all voyages of selected vessels over a defined period. In the Excel output, each vessel is presented on a separate worksheet. A dedicated Summary worksheet is also included, aggregating statistics across all vessels.

Configuring Report Parameters

Period Type

The Period Type field defines the reporting interval:

  • Predefined period types (e.g., the previous calendar year) automatically populate the and .

  • Date values remain read-only unless the Custom period type is selected, which enables manual date entry.

Vessel Selection

The report scope can be restricted to specific vessels:

  • Vessels are selected using the checkboxes next to their names.

  • A context menu, available via right-click, provides bulk selection options such as and .

Bunkering & Consumption Report Overview

  1. Report Structure

    • Each vessel’s data is displayed on a dedicated worksheet.

    • A Summary worksheet aggregates statistics for all included vessels.

  2. Data Blocks

    The report structure mirrors the Bunkering Report and consists of four primary data blocks:

    • Inventories on voyage start;

    • Purchase;

    • Consumption;

    • Inventories on voyage end.

  3. Aggregated Data

    For each fuel type, the report includes a summary section displaying:

    • Opening and closing fuel quantities;

    • Total bunkering and consumption values, expressed in both quantities and monetary amounts.

Exporting the Report

Selecting generates the Excel file.
A file explorer opens to define the export location. Once the location is confirmed, the generated report can be opened directly.
