Fleet Bunkering Report

The Fleet Bunkering Report provides an overview of the Rest On Board (ROB) fuel balances for all vessels in the system as of a specified date. The report is accessed from the More Actions submenu as .

  • For each vessel, the system automatically identifies the closest available daily report dated on or before the selected date and extracts the corresponding ROB Details. These values are then consolidated into a single report.

  • The report supports analysis of fuel quantities, sources, and total costs across the fleet at a specific point in time.

Configuring Report Parameters

Fleet Report Date

The Fleet Report Date field defines the point in time for which ROB values are calculated.

  • The system searches daily reports for each vessel dated on or before the selected date.

  • Vessels with matching daily reports are included in the report and displayed in the main list.

Vessel Selection

The report scope can be limited to specific vessels:

  • Individual vessels are selected using the checkboxes next to their names.

  • A context menu is available via right-click, providing bulk selection options such as and .

Fleet Bunkering Report Overview

The generated fleet bunkering report opens with a toolbar at the top of the document. The toolbar provides actions for managing and customizing the output, including:

  • Changing the file format (e.g., PDF, HTML, XLSX);

  • Sending the report by email;

  • Adjusting background and layout settings;

  • Printing the report.

These options support flexible distribution and presentation of fleet-level bunkering data.
