Export Bank Account
The Export Bank Account action exports bank account details based on selected fields. This action is available in the More Actions submenu.

Export Configuration
When the export is initiated, a selection window opens to define which fields will be included in the report. Only the selected fields are included in the exported file.
The following data fields can be included in the export.
The data is retrieved from the Bank Account and Bank cards, as well as from related Contact cards.
Account Holder Name — Corresponding field from the bank account card.
Account Holder Address — First address specified in the Account Holder contact card.
Bank Name — Corresponding field from the bank account card.
Bank Address — Country and address specified in the linked bank card.
Account Number — Corresponding field from the bank account card.
IBAN — Corresponding field from the bank account card.
BIC/SWIFT — Corresponding field from the bank card.
SEPA — Corresponding field from the bank card.
Currency — Corresponding field from the bank account card.
Account Purpose — Corresponding field from the bank account card.
Personal Manager — Corresponding field from the bank account card.
Personal Manager Phone — First phone specified in the Personal Manager contact card.
Personal Manager Email — First email specified in the Personal Manager contact card.
Authorized Users — Corresponding field from the bank account card.

Export Format
The export format depends on the number of selected bank accounts.
Single Bank Account
If only one bank account is selected in the list:
The data is exported in PDF format.
The selected fields are displayed vertically (one below another).
Multiple Bank Accounts
If several bank accounts are selected in the list:
The data is exported in Excel (XLSX) format.
The selected fields are displayed in table format.
Each selected field becomes a separate column.
As a result, the exported file structure reflects the selected scope and number of bank accounts.
