Object Card
When creating or editing a Bank Account, its card opens in a separate window. The same card is also used to display the selected bank account from the list in the main TOR interface.
Header Section and Key Bank Account Fields
The top section of the card contains the main details of the bank account:
Account Holder: The company that owns the bank account (own company from the admin panel).
Bank: The bank where the account is held.
Currency: The currency of the bank account.
Status: The current status of the account (Active or Closed).
Bank Account Number: The account number, typically provided in IBAN format.
Authorized Users: Responsible contacts who can be approached regarding the bank client and who have access to the application or the bank account (data sourced from system records).
Account Purpose: The purpose of the bank account (Current / Deposit / Investing / Brokering or Bank/Credit Card).
VAT: Value Added Tax percentage.
IBAN: International Bank Account Number.
Personal Manager: The bank employee assigned to this account (data retrieved from the contacts database).
Type: The account type (Bank or Cashbox).
Balance: The current balance of the bank account (read-only).
Default Bank Account: Indicates whether this account is the default for the company and currency.
When enabled, the account is automatically used in new outgoing invoices issued by the company in the same currency.
