Dashboard

The summary dashboard is available as a separate Dashboard module folder. It displays key financial indicators for a selected time period (selected in the top-right corner; defaults to the current calendar year).

Main Dashboard Sections

Below is an overview of the main dashboard sections, each displaying key financial data through charts and visual blocks. The following images illustrate each main dashboard section, along with a brief explanation of its contents.

Total Values & Period Comparison

This section includes six summary blocks with financial totals for the selected period:

  • Each block shows the total value for the selected period, followed by a comparison with the same period before. Both percentage and absolute changes are displayed, with icons indicating increase , decrease , or no change .

Invoice Flow Trend by Month

  • A line chart that shows how total invoice income and expenses change over time, broken down by month.

  • Displays total incoming and outgoing invoice amounts per month within the selected period.

Payments by Purpose

  • A bar chart that shows total payment amounts grouped by payment purpose.

  • Both incoming and outgoing payments are displayed side by side for each purpose.

Invoices by Type

  • A bar chart that shows the total invoice amounts for each invoice type.

  • Displays both incoming (Outcome) and outgoing (Income) invoices.

Invoice direction is considered opposite to the income/ outcome direction.

Income & Outcome by Invoice Type

  • A set of pie charts that visualize the income and outcome proportions by invoice type.

  • Useful for understanding the overall structure of revenues and costs.

Outgoing Invoice Coverage & Outstanding Debt by Month

  • A bar chart showing how much of each month's outgoing invoices have been paid.

  • Each bar is divided into two parts:

    • Payment Amount — Amount already paid.

    • Debt — Remaining unpaid balance.
