Own Company Balances
The Own Company Balances action opens a separate window with a report showing the balances of the company’s bank accounts. Available from the More Actions submenu.

Header Filters
At the top of the report, the following parameters are available:
Show Balance on Date — Defines the date for which balances are calculated;
Banks — Filter by specific banks (multi-select);
Bank Countries — Filter by bank country (multi-select);
Include Cash Accounts — When enabled, cash accounts are included in the report results.
After any changes in the header parameters, the report data is updated automatically.
Report Structure
The report is displayed as a three-level table:
The top level shows totals per company:
Total balance across all bank accounts;
Reserved amount;
Available balance.
All amounts are shown in the Basis Currency, converted using the exchange rate as of the current date.
The second level expands by clicking the “” icon on the left and shows a breakdown by account currency.
The table includes the following columns:
Account Balance — Balance in the account’s original currency;
Account Balance, Basis — Same amount converted into basis currency;
RoE to Basis, Today — Current direct exchange rate from this currency to basis currency;
Inverse RoE to Basis, Today — Current reverse exchange rate from basis currency to this currency.
The third level expands from the currency level and displays individual bank accounts. This level provides a detailed view of balances per specific account.
The table includes the following columns:
Bank — Bank where the account is opened;
Bank Country — Country where the bank is registered;
Account Balance — Balance in the account’s original currency;
Account Balance, Basis — Same amount converted into basis currency;
Purpose — Account designation or internal purpose.
