Clone a Daily Report

The Clone a Daily Report action is available from the dropdown menu next to the

Create a Daily Report

button (downward arrow icon).

This function creates a copy of the selected daily report from the list of objects.

• After clicking the Clone a Daily Report option, a new daily report object is created and opened in edit mode.

• The cloned daily report is not saved until the

  OK

  button is pressed.

Field Behavior When Cloning a Daily Report

When a daily report is cloned, most fields are copied from the original record. Some fields are reset or updated to avoid transferring data that must be recalculated or remain unique:

• Voyage Start field → cleared.

• Created Date field → set to the current date and time.

• Report Date field → set to the original report date plus one minute.

For Bunkering Reports, additional changes apply:

• In all Bunkering and Additional Bunkering sections, the following fields are cleared:

  • Price;

  • Invoice.
