Generate Bunkering Report on Date

The Generate Bunkering Report on Date action generates a bunkering report for the selected voyage(s) as of a specified end date. The action is available from the More Actions submenu on the toolbar.

Availability Conditions

The action becomes available when the following conditions are met:

• The Voyages folder is selected.

• One or more voyage records are selected in the List of Objects.

Process Overview

1. End Date Selection

   After the action is triggered, a dialog window opens for selecting the report end date.

   • The End Date field represents the date of the last daily report for the voyage:

     • Before the start of the next voyage, or

     • The latest available daily report in the system if no subsequent voyage exists.

     

2. Report Generation Preconditions

   The bunkering report can be generated only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

   • At least one daily report exists for the vessel.

   • One daily report is marked as Voyage Start
     (see the field description in the Daily Report card).

   • ROB Details are generated for the voyage within daily reports
     (at least one ROB record must exist for at least one daily report).

3. Report Generation

   • After confirming the end date, the report is generated by clicking

     OK

     .

   • The generated report opens in the standard Document Preview window, where it can be saved or sent by email.

4. Multiple Voyage Processing

   • The action supports multi-selection mode. When multiple voyages are selected, a separate bunkering report is generated for each voyage.
