Recalculate ROB Details for Voyage

The Recalculate ROB Details for Voyage action recalculates ROB Details for selected voyages. The action is available from the More Actions submenu on the toolbar.

Availability Conditions

The action becomes available when the following conditions are met:

  • The Voyages folder is selected.

  • One or more voyage records are selected in the List of Objects.

If no voyage is selected, the action remains disabled.

Process Overview

  1. Confirmation Step

    When the action is triggered, a confirmation dialog is displayed with and options and the following warning message:

    "Regenerate ROB Details for selected Voyage(s)? All existing ROB Details will be lost."

  2. ROB Details Recalculation

    After confirmation, the system performs the following actions:

    1. Data Loading

      • Loads the selected voyage(s).

      • Loads the immediately preceding voyage for each selected voyage, if available.

      • Loads all daily reports belonging to the selected voyage(s).

      • Loads the last daily report of the previous voyage, which is used as the starting reference for ROB calculation.

    2. ROB Calculation

      • Generates ROB Details for the first daily report of the selected voyage based on the last daily report of the previous voyage.

      • Generates ROB Details for each subsequent daily report using the ROB values from the preceding daily report as the calculation base.

    3. Completion Notification

      • Displays a confirmation message:
        "Successfully regenerated ROB Details for Voyage(s)."
