Details
The Details tab contains detailed lease agreement terms. It is divided into three sections: Agreement Parameters, On/Off Locations, and Lease Periods.
The top section displays key numeric parameters:
Build-up Period (days): Time frame for container delivery.
BDP Price: Rental cost during the return period.
Min Days Usage: Minimum required usage in days.
Previous Rate: Previous rental rate.
Container Price: Total value of containers.
Build-down Period (days): Time frame for container return.
After BDP Price: Rental cost for delayed return.
Max Containers: Maximum number of containers used at the same time.
Depreciation Rate (%): Depreciation coefficient.
MRV (Minimum Replacement Value): Minimum replacement cost in case of loss.
On/Off Locations Section
The On/Off Locations section shows the ports used for container pick-up and return. When adding or editing a port, a location form opens with the following fields:
Port: Port name.
Month Off Limit: Monthly storage time limit.
Off Price: Daily storage cost.
On Price: Daily rental cost during active lease.
Off PTI Price: Daily cost of pre-trip inspection during off-hire period.
On PTI Price: Daily cost of pre-trip inspection during on-hire period.
Notes: Any additional comments.
Lease Periods Section
The Lease Periods section displays lease terms if defined separately (e.g., for Master Lease Agreements). When adding or editing a period, a form opens with the following fields:
Start Date: Beginning of the period.
End Date: End of the period.
Price per Day: Daily rate.
Notes: Any additional comments.
