Object Card
When a lease agreement is opened for creation or limited editing, its Lease Agreement Card opens in a separate window. The same card is used to view the selected agreement from the list in the main TOR interface.
Header Fields Overview
The header of the Lease Agreement card includes the following fields:
System ID: System-generated identifier (read-only).
Lessor: Leasing company (contact).
Status: Current agreement status. Possible values:
Active — The agreement is active (end date not yet reached);
Prolong — The agreement has been extended (prolongation date is set but not yet reached);
Completed — The agreement has ended (end or prolongation date reached).
Agreement â„–: Agreement number.
Start Date: Date when the agreement becomes effective.
End Date: Original end date.
Prolong Date: End date after prolongation.
The status can be updated using the and actions in the module toolbar.
