Object Card
When a bill of lading is opened for creation or editing, its Bill of Lading Card opens in a separate window. This same card is also used to view a selected bill of lading from the list in the main TOR interface.

Header Fields Overview
The header of the Bill of Lading card contains key shipment details, including the following fields:
B/L Number: Unique identification number of the bill of lading.
Vessel: Vessel assigned to the shipment (a module object from the Ships Module).
Voyage â„–: Voyage number associated with the selected vessel.
Status: Current processing status of the bill of lading. Possible values:
Web Draft — Draft created via the Web Portal;
Web — Created through the Web Portal;
Parsing — Generated from parsing a bill of lading file;
Draft — Manually created or reviewed after Parsing or Web statuses;
Sent — Sent to the consignee for review;
Wait — Awaiting client corrections for bills of lading sent via the Web Portal;
Approved — Confirmed by the consignee;
Correction — Adjusted via the Web Portal.
Type: Bill of lading type, defining the document layout when printed. Possible values:
Boxes — Box shipments;
Pallets — Pallet shipments;
General Cargo — General cargo shipments;
Empty Containers — Empty container shipments (created via the Empty Containers action in the toolbar context menu).
Week: Sequential week number based on the Date of Issue. This value may be adjusted for correct freight invoice calculations.
Print Total: Indicator controlling the display of total cargo quantity and weight on the printed document.
