Client Debt Report
The Client Debt Report provides a week-by-week view of client (or company) debt. The report is presented as a table (client—week matrix) and a chart showing total debt dynamics across the selected period. This action is available in the More Actions submenu as a child item of Client Balance Report.
The report is generated in a multi-step form and displayed as a preview in spreadsheet format. After generation, it can be exported as an Excel file.

Report Generation Flow
Step 1: Report Parameters
When the action is activated, a parameter window opens. The following options are available:
Period — Reporting period (standard ranges or a custom date interval). All weeks within the selected dates are included.
Debt Threshold — Minimum total debt required for a client to appear in the report.
Report Type:
Client Debt (client liabilities).
Company Debt (internal company liabilities).
Exclude Own Companies — Excludes internal companies from the dataset (used for Client Debt when internal settlements exist).
Apply Max Debt — Applies the Max Debt threshold to filter out invoices with low residual debt.
Issued By — Filters invoices issued only by the selected issuer (useful when analyzing debt related to a single internal company).
Invoice Types — Invoice types included in debt calculations (multi-select).
Parameter values are saved to MRU and restored automatically the next time the form is opened.

Step 2: Report Preview
After moving to the second step, the system generates the report and displays it in spreadsheet form.
The report includes two tabs:
Client Debt Report: Tabular representation.
Client Debt Chart: Graphical view of weekly total debt.
Tabular Report Structure
The table includes:
A summary section with key parameters for each client as of the last week in the period.
A week-by-week matrix showing debt dynamics.
Each weekly entry consists of:
Sum of current debt— Debts not past due at the end of the given week.Sum of past due debt— Debts past due at the end of the given week.Sum of total— Combined amount (current debt + past due debt).
A Grand Total column on the right shows aggregated weekly totals across all clients.
These values form the basis for the chart displayed on the second tab.

Chart View
The Client Debt Chart displays weekly total debt (current and past due) as a column chart:
Horizontal axis — Weeks in the reporting period.
Vertical axis — Debt amounts.
This chart visualizes overall debt dynamics for the selected timeframe.

Exporting the Report
Selecting saves the generated report as an Excel file.
