Statistics

The Statistics module folder provides an overview of container-day costs based on expenses and services.

• Container-days, services, and expenses can be filtered according to specific criteria.

• Selected filters are applied immediately; data reload is required only when the reporting period changes.

Header Fields

• Start Date and End Date — Define the reporting period.

  • For container-days: Event Date;

  • For services: Activity Date;

  • For expenses: Activity Date.

• Container Days — Total number of container-days matching the selected period and filters from the ‘Containers Filter’ section (same calculation as in the Container Days Statistics of the Containers Module, using identical filters).

• Expenses — Total amount from the Expense card, based on the Approved,USD field, filtered by the ‘Expenses Filter’ section.

• Services — Total amount from the Service card, based on the Total,USD field, filtered by the ‘Services Filter’ section.

• Container Day Value — Calculated as:

  $Container Day Value = \frac{Expenses - Services}{Container Days}$

Available Actions

The following actions are available within the module folder:

• Reload

  — Reloads the data when the reporting period changes.

• Save Filters

  — Saves the currently applied filters to the database.
