Object Card

When creating or editing a service, its Service Card opens in a separate window. This same card is used to display a selected service from the list in the main TOR interface.

Header and Main Parameters

  • Service â„–: Service number or short description.

  • Charge Type: Service type (selected from a dedicated library).

  • Activity Date: Date the service was provided.

  • Rate Basis: Rate type. Available options:

    • Day — Daily rate;

    • Cnt — Per container rate;

    • Day Sublease — Daily sublease rate;

    • Lumpsum — Fixed price.

  • Account Code: Read-only field showing the account linked to the selected ‘Charge Type’.

  • Count: Quantity (rate units). For Cnt and Day Sublease, calculated automatically.

  • Status: Service status (‘Draft’ by default, later defined by the linked invoice).

  • Rate: Rate value.

  • Total: Total service amount.

  • Total, USD: Total amount converted to USD.

  • Currency: Service currency.

Additional Parameters for 'Day Sublease'

When Day Sublease is selected as the rate basis, the following fields become available:

  • Lessee: Organization leasing the containers (sublease tenant).

  • Date From: Sublease start date.

  • Date To: Sublease end date (must be equal to or later than the start date).

Tabs in the Main Section

The main section of the card contains tabs with additional information. The set of tabs depends on the selected ‘Rate Basis’:

  • Remarks — Notes for the service;

  • Documents — Linked documents;

  • Containers — List of containers (only for Cnt type);

  • Lease Days — Leasing days used for calculation (only for Day Sublease type).
