List of Objects

The List of Objects displays all expenses stored in the currently selected folder. Most fields directly reflect the corresponding fields from the Object Card.

Expense List Features

  • Created By: System user who created the expense record.

  • Create Date: Date when the expense record was created in the system.

  • Lease Company: Leasing company under which the container is operated.

  • Producer: Container manufacturer.

  • Category: Expense category.

  • Payer: Paying company. Automatically populated from the Payer field of incoming invoices when the expense is included in an invoice.
