Object Card
When creating a new job (from the Expense card) or editing an existing one (from the Expense card or List of Objects), the Job Card opens in a separate window. This card is also used to display the selected job from the list in the main TOR interface.
The header area of the card shows information about the job object (container) and its related expense:
Object: Job object, usually the container number, voyage number, or lease agreement number, depending on job type (read-only).
Expense â„–: Expense number linked to the job (read-only).
Expense Type: Expense type (read-only).
Activity Date: Job execution date (read-only).
Resp: Responsible party. Possible values:
None — Not specified;
Owner — Container owner;
User — Container operator.

Job Details Sections
The card contains several sections that organize job-related data:
Information about the specific location on the container where the job is performed:
Part: Type of element to be repaired or serviced. Possible values:
None — Not specified;
Construction — Structural element (e.g., wall);
Machinery — Machinery component (e.g., refrigeration unit).
Locn: Location on the container (selected from the library).
CMP: Specific component for repair or maintenance (selected from the library).

Information about the nature of the damage and repair:
Name: Job name or description.
DMG: Damage type (library-based).
Rep: Repair type (library-based).
Hrs: Job duration (in hours).
Mat: Material used for the repair (library-based).
Qty: Quantity of material.
Length: Material length (e.g., metal profile).
Width: Material width (e.g., metal profile).

Job cost details:
Third Party: External contractor performing the job (if applicable, selected from contact list).
Mat Cost: Material cost.
Lab Cost: Labor cost.
Total Cost: Total cost (calculated as ; read-only).

Reference data for the linked container (shown in the header as Object):
Producer: Container manufacturer.
Guarantee Exp.: Warranty expiration date.
Ref. Type: Refrigeration unit type.
Ref. Model: Refrigeration unit model.

Free-text notes and comments related to the job.
