How to Create a Job

Jobs are created only within expenses:

  1. During manual expense creation;

  2. Automatically when importing a preliminary estimate.

Expense-Based Job Creation

Jobs are available only for the following expense types:

  • Estimate;

  • Voyage Expense;

  • Lease Agreement Expense;

  • Spare Part Expense.

To make the Jobs tab available, one of these expense types must be selected.

On the Jobs tab, new jobs are added using the button, which opens the Job card for editing.
