Payment Calendar Report

The Payment Calendar Report provides a structured view of invoices based on selected filters and a defined reporting period.

The report is opened from the Payment Calendar via the action and consists of a two-step configuration process followed by a tabular report view.

Report Configuration

The configuration step defines which invoices are included in the report.

Available options:

  • Show Overdue Invoices: Includes or excludes overdue invoices from the report.

  • Data Source Selection: Defines the type of invoices included.

    • Deal Invoices — Includes only invoices linked to deals.

    • Administrative Invoices — Includes only administrative invoices.

    • All Invoices — Includes all invoice types.

  • Start Due Date / End Due Date: Define the reporting range (based on invoice due date).

Only invoices related to own companies are included in the report.

Report View

The report is displayed in a tabular format.

Invoices are grouped by company:

  • For outgoing invoices → The company is shown in the Issued By column.

  • For incoming invoices → The company is shown in the Payer column.

Each row represents an individual invoice within the selected filters and period.

The report supports standard export functionality. The exported file reflects the current state of the report, including applied filters, sorting, and column visibility settings.
