Object Card

When a spare part is opened for creation or limited editing, its Spare Part Card opens in a separate window. The same card is used to display the selected spare part from the list in the main TOR interface.

Header Fields Overview

The header section of the card includes the following fields:

  • Name: The name of the spare parts set (editable field).

  • Filling: Estimated quantity remaining in the set, expressed as a percentage.

  • Location: Current location of the set. Possible values: None, Unknown, Port, Vessel, or Other.

  • Vessel: The vessel for which the set is intended. Available only if Location is not Port.

  • Port: The port where the set is stored. Available only if Location is not Vessel.

  • Terminal: The terminal where the set is stored (supplementary to Port).

  • KIT: Selection of a standard kit from the Spare Parts Kit Manager. This field becomes read-only after a kit has been selected and the set is saved.

  • â„–: The identifier number of the set (text field).

  • Type: The type of set, selected from a predefined list of values.

Selecting a standard kit in the KIT field defines the content shown in the Kit Items tab.
