Available Actions in Tabs
All tabs include two standard actions:
Export to Excel — Exports the current tab’s data to an Excel file;
Import from Excel — Imports data from an Excel file based on a predefined structure.

Export Behavior per Tab
The behavior of the Export to Excel action depends on the active tab:
In the Kit Items tab, generates an Excel file containing the table of standard kit parts, including row highlighting based on quantity logic.
In the Custom Items tab, the same action exports the list of user-defined parts with highlighting.
In the History tab, the export includes the full change log with date-specific quantity entries, along with record highlighting for easier tracking.
Importing Kit Data
The Import from Excel action allows updating the actual stock levels in a kit from an external Excel file. The Excel sheet name must exactly match the name of the kit in the system.
Before importing, ensure that the file is prepared in the correct format.
Example Import File —
The table in the file must follow the column structure below:
Column | Field Description |
1 | Sequence number |
2 | Part name/ description |
3 | Part number |
4 | Standard quantity in the kit |
5 | Current actual quantity |
6 | Comments |
7 | Missing quantity (if applicable) |
8 | Unit of measurement |
This structure ensures the data is parsed correctly during import.
