List of Objects

The List of Objects displays the freight invoices contained in the currently selected folder. Most columns directly reflect the corresponding fields from the Object Card, while some fields are hidden by default and can be enabled manually.

Freight Invoice List Features

In addition to columns reflecting the Object Card, the list includes:

• Pay Date: Displays the date of the most recent payment linked to the freight invoice.

• Boxes: Displays the total number of boxes included in the freight invoice (aggregated, without separation by box type).

• Pallets: Displays the total number of pallets included in the freight invoice (aggregated, without separation by pallet type).

• Containers: Displays the total number of containers included in the freight invoice.

• VD (Volume Discount): Displays the applied volume discount. This value may appear after processing the invoice using the Parse Freight Invoice feature.

• Category: Displays the categories assigned to the freight invoice.
