Shareholders Economy

The Shareholders Economy action provides a summary of shareholders’ shares across deals. The action is available from the More Actions submenu.

Access to this action follows the same permission as the Shareholders tab and is available only if the ‘Allow access to commissions & shareholders’ setting is enabled in the admin panel.

Loading Data

When the window is opened, a reporting date can be specified and the data can be loaded using .

The summary includes shareholders participating in deals whose Start Date and End Date fall within the selected period.

Data Structure

The report is displayed as a two-level table.

The top level shows a summary by shareholder.

  • Shareholder: Shareholder company.

  • Total: Total value of all shareholder shares for the selected period, calculated in the basis currency.

Each shareholder record can be expanded to display the deals in which the shareholder participates.

  • Deal Number: Deal identifier.

  • Start Date / End Date: Deal period.

  • DR Share, %: Shareholder percentage of the Deal Result for the deal.

  • Total: Amount of the shareholder’s share in the deal.

  • Deal Result: Final result of the deal.

Exporting the Report

The report can be exported using the button.
The generated file name follows the format — Shareholders_DD_MM_YYYY.

The exported Excel file reproduces the same structure as the report view.
